CONSTITUTION:A curled ''Sendust ''strip 1 obtained by quench rolling is grasped between a pair of heat treatment jigs 2, 2' and a weight 3 is placed thereon. The jigs 2, 2' consists of heat resisting materials such as stainless steel, alumina or heat resistant glass, and are manufactured of those which do not cause deformation and oxidation by the effect of high heat. Thence, while it is held applied with load by the weight 3, it is subjected to heat treatment for a certain time at a certain temp. Then, curling is straightened, and the ''Sendust '' strip of good flatness and high magnetic characteristics is obtained.
