Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the lifetime of a heat production source in a controlling method for the heat source for cooling or heating a plurality of positions with one heat production source by starting a prime mover when the temperature in one room exceeds the lower limit to heat all the rooms and stopping the heating when the temperature in one room reaches the upper limit.
CONSTITUTION: When the temperature of the first room A exceeds the lower limit (t1), a prime mover 1 is started, control valves 7, 8, 13, 14 are opened, and the first and second rooms A, B are heated. When the temperature of the room B reaches the upper limit (t2), the control valves 8, 14 are closed to stop the heating of the room B. Since the temperature in th room A does not yet reach the upper limit at this time, the prime mover 1 continuously drives and the control valves 7, 13 are opened to continue the heating. When the temperature of the room A reaches the upper limit (t3), the prime mover 1 is stopped, the control valves 7, 13 are closed, and the heating of the room A is stopped. When the temperature of the room B decreases lower than the lower limit (t4), the prime mover 1 is stopped, the control valves 7, 8, 13, 14 are opened, and the rooms A, B are heated.
