When the temperature of the room B reaches the upper limit (t2), the control valves 8, 14 are closed to stop the heating of the room B. When the temperature of the room A reaches the upper limit (t3), the prime mover 1 is stopped, the control valves 7, 13 are closed, and the heating of the room A is stopped.
