Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve an accurate analysis and detection even in case of coexisting such substance as chlorides in gas, by correcting measured results of electric conductivity of a liquid to be inspected based on detected result of coexisting anion. CONSTITUTION:After a sample gas 1 has been mixed with an absorption 2 in a mixer 3, the gas 1 in a gas-liquid separator 5 is discharged through an absorption part 7 and the liquid 2 dissolved gas components is introduced into a cation exchange apparatus 10 and then, said liquid is supplied to an electric conductivity measuring part 12 as a liquid to be inspected and exchanged with a hydrogen ion and moreover, is introduced into a coexisting an ion measuring part 14 after measuring the electric conductivity. Further, the concentration of coexisting anion is measured and is discharged through a duct 15. Then, each measured value of the parts 12 and 14 is given to a correction aparatus 18 and the influence affecting on the measurement of electric conductivity is computed basing on the measured value of the anion and the measured value of electric conductivity is corrected and then, the measured value, which is exactly in proportion to the concentration of sulfuric acid in the liquid to be inspected, is obtained.
