Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide the titled composition having broad molecular weight distri- bution and excellent moldability, etc., suitable as a bottle, etc., and consisting of a specific copolymer obtained by the copolymerization of ethylene and an α-olefin in the presence of a catalyst containing Mg, etc., and an organic aluminum compound.
CONSTITUTION: The titled composition having a melt index (MI) of 0.02W30g/ 10min, a density of 0.905W0.935g/cc and a ratio of high-load melt index (HLMI) to MI of 50W300, is prepared by melting and kneading (A) 80W20pts.wt. esp. 75W 25pts.wt. of a copolymer having HLMI of 0.1W10g/10min and a density of 0.905W 0.935g/cc, and obtained by copolymerizing ethylene and ≥10wt%, based on ethlene, of an α-olefin in the presence of a catalyst system composed of a solid catalyst containing at least Mg (generally 0.01W30%), Ti (0.01W30%) and a halogen (≤90%) and an organic aluminum compound, and (B) 20W80pts.wt. of a copolymer having an MI of 10W3,000g/10min and a density of 0.905W0.940g/cc.
