Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a clear picture and also to simplify a circuit constitution, by changing the quantity of light of a light spot for recording each picture element, by recording information of its adjacent picture element, so that it can be recorded by the same density at all times. CONSTITUTION:In order to raise the density of picture elements of both ends, to which a picture element being independent in the lateral direction, and its adjacent picture element are not recorded, an irradiation ray is not made same at all times, but is varied. That is to say, the independent picture element, to which the picture elements of both the ends are not recorded is made L3 by increasing the quantity of a light beam. In this way, when the quantity of light is increased, the density of an independent point is increased, recording is continued, and it can be made almost same density as the picture element. In this regard, as for picture elements 12-4, 12-5, 12-9, 12-11, etc. to which one end is not recorded, too, sag of the shoulder can be corrected by increasing the quantity of light. Also, this system is capable of modulating the quantity of a light beam such as (d) by means of a simple circuit constitution.
