Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the falling off of active substance by sticking electric conductive adhesive to the surrounding edge of an expand lattice, then filling active substance paste into the lattice before hardening the adhesive and drying the paste together with hardening the adhesive. CONSTITUTION:The surrounding edge 2 of an expand lattice 1 is immersed into the electric conductive adhesive 5 obtained by dispersing lead metal powder into the hardening agent dissolving epoxy resin, thereafter, the paste of active substance 4 is filled into the lattice before hardening the adhesive 5 and an electrode plate is dried at 200 deg.C with a drying hearth, thereby, the electric conductive adehsive 5 is hardened as well as the paste of active substance 4 is dried in order to fully stick active substance 4 to the surrounding edge 2. Then, it is possible to prolong the cell life by preventing the falling-off of active substance 4 during assembling the cell, subsequently preventing any short-circuit caused by falling off of the active substance 4 during use of the cell.
