Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The rotary grindstone blade 6 formed by binding an abrasive with an electrically conductive binder, is fixed to a rotary shaft 10, and an electrode is provided by forming a recessed groove 15 on the entire outside circumferential surface of a disk body 11 perpendicularly to the shaft 10 and opposite to the cutting edge part of the blade 6. In addition, the disk 11 is fitted to a rotary shaft 16 parallel to the rotary shaft 10 for the blade 6 in such a manner that the disk 14 can be freely moved toward and away from the shaft 10 for the blade 6.
