Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize the reproduction of an accurate degree of displacement, by providing a servo mechanism that trackes the displacement of the beam engaging the mounting stage of a balance puls a means that measures the degree of displacement. CONSTITUTION:A measuring plate 7 stops its rising at the position where the lower end of the plate 7 touches the level of the measurement liquid. At this moment, the contact of a switch 20 is switched toward B by a position detecting sensor 21 or the control signal given from a control part. As a result, the balance of electromagnetic force is released, and accordingly, the plate 7 is pulled into the solution. Thus a position detector 5 at the tip of a beam 3 for the balance is displaced to the upper part, and a servo motor 13 is driven by the output of a power amplifier 25. Then a mobile part 14 of an up-down shifting device tracks the drive of the motor 13. The degree of rotation of the motor 13 is convertd into the electric signals by a potentiometer 17 and delivered to a display device 32 via a control part 29 and after A/D conversion 28.
