CONSTITUTION:A signal coresponding to color is inputted to the 1st signal processing circuit 2 as a digital signal. At the same time, a control signal is also inputted, and an output signal of a signal conversion circuit is changed from V0 to KV0 under the control signal in response to 0/1 of the input signal. This output signal is changed into a corresponding DC level with a clamp circuit. This DC level signal is applied to a switch circuit, either of video signal or the said DC level signal is selected and applied to a drive circuit.
