Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a high-tensile cold-rolled steel plate for deep drawing with an enhanced average plastic strain ratio by adding a restricted amount of C, Mn, P, S, acid-sol, Al and N to Fe, further adding an effective amount of Ti, and fixing Ti carbide.
CONSTITUTION: This cold rolled steel plate consists of ≤0.05% C, ≤0.5% Mn, 0.03W0.1% P, ≤0.5% si, ≤0.06% acid-sol. Al, ≤0.01% N, ≥0% and[4(C%)- 0.02%]W[4(C%)+0.02%]available Ti, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. Available Ti% is represented by total Ti%-48/14×N%-48/32×S%. By specifying the amount of Ti added to the steel plate contg. ≥0.03% P, and adequate amount of C which is not deposited as TiC exists in a hot rolled plate before cold rolling.
