Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a titled adhesive agent having long pot life, by making it contain a vinyl monomer containing an OH radical, a copolymer consisting of acrylic tertiary amine and acrylic ester, and an isocyanate compound. CONSTITUTION:A binding agent is obtained by mixing <=10pts.wt. isocyanate compound (example: tolylene diisocyanate) to 100pts.wt. copolymer consisting of 0.1-30wt% vinyl monomer containing an OH radical [example: 2-hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate], 0.05-15wt% acrylic tertiary amine [example: dimethyl amino (meth)acrylate], and acrylic ester [example: methyl (meth)acrylate], and dissolving them in a solvent. A magnetic coating material is prepared by adding and kneading this binding agent by 25-100pts.wt. to 100pts.wt. magnetic material, it is applied on a supporting body, and a magnetic recording substance is obtained.
