CONSTITUTION:A magnetic circuit 2 consisting of samarium/cobalt high performance magnet 21 and yoke 22 is inserted to an opening provided at a lower speaker frame 1, and a voice coil 3 is wound to the magnet 21. A terminal 4 of speaker frame is fitted to the surrounding of the lower surface of the frame 1 and a diaphragm plate 5 made of a synthetic resin with high air-tightness is covered at the entire frame of the coil side 3. Then, an upper frame 7 having a sound discharge hole 62 at the center on it is provided to cause an air-chamber 61, and an acoustic filter is constituted with an air chamber 61 and the hole 62. Thus, a small-sized speaker suitable for wrist watches can be obtained.
