CONSTITUTION:A suitable number of holes 41 are perforated over the base member 4 consists of metal or metal foil. The base member 4 is covered, through the holes 41, with the outside and inside surface 5a and 5b of the resinous layer 5 such as CAB or the like. Accordingly, the base member 4 and the resinous layer 5 can be fixed to each other without using bonding material.
