Abstract

CONSTITUTION: On the surface of the scratching roller 3 is provided the woolen like or unwoven fabric like member comprising synthetic resin single yarns such as nylon single yarns on which particles are adhered which are harder than the film to be treated. The film 1 is passed through a driven scratching roller 3 and a nondriven roller 4 to obtain the mat film having intermittent, parallel and linear scratch streaks thereon.
