Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a compact and economical vulcanizer without reconditioning a base and the like by a method wherein there is provided a stopper clamp and detach mechanism for clamping and detaching automatically a stopper synchronizing with a fluid pressure cylinder for storing a bladder.
CONSTITUTION: A vulcanizer which can release bayonet fittings 10c, 25a between an inner cylinder 10 and a stopper 25 by means of the rise of a cylinder rod 24a, and after vulcanization can drop the inner cylinder 10 and store a bladder 3 in an outer cylinder 21. the vulcanizing pressure given to the inner cylinder 10 is transmitted to and held in the outer cylinder 21 through the stopper 25. When the rod 24a rises, the stopper 25 of bayonet fitting rises wih the inner cylinder 10, but when the rod 24a falls, the stopper 25 rotates a definite angle by the operation of a cam 26 on the outer cylinder and a cam groove 25b on the stopper side, a bayonet lock between the inner cylinder 10 and the stopper 25 is released and the inner cylinder 10 and the bladder 3 can fall into the outer cylinder 21.
