Abstract
PURPOSE:To detect a temperature, difference without using a differential amplifier, by connecting one resistor among the resistors connecting with temperature detecting elements in series, to a high potential side for a power source voltage and the other one to a low potential side. CONSTITUTION:A vaporizer temperature detection element 1 is connected to earth side for its series resistor R1, and an outdoor temperature detection element 2 is connected to power source side Vcc for its series resistance R2. The detection voltage VT1 of the element 1 and the detection voltage VT2' of the resistance R2 are inputted together directly through the resistances R7 and R8. Consequently, voltage difference VT1-TT2 which corresponds to a difference between vaporizer temperature T1 and outdoor temperature T2 appears at the negative phase input terminal of a voltage comparator 4. Then, the voltage VT at the negative phase input terminal of the comparator 4, which corresponds to optical temperature difference DELTAT= T2-T1, is supplied to the positive phase input terminal of the comparator 4 through resistances R5 and R6, and consequently a relay 5 is put in operation when the temperature difference exceeds the DELTAT, thereby the switching of the heating operation and defrosting operation of a defrosting control circuit is executed.
