Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a transcribing foil for golf ball by means of the ink containing nitrocotton, alkyd resin, pigment, PE powder, and so on in organic solvent, forming a transcribing ink layer on a PP film, and can transcribe multicolored and elaborate patterns by hot-stamping by one action.
CONSTITUTION: First, ink is prepared with nitrocoton and alkyd resin as a main resin ingredient by dissolving and dispersing pigment or dye as a coloring agent and polyethlene powder (for preventing blocking-proof of ink layer and improving friction-proof), plasticizer, and an interfacial active agent as additives in organic solvent (e.g.: ethyl acetate/methanol/toluene system mixture, or the like). The ink layer having an optional pattern is formed on a polypropylene film with this ink to provide a transcribing leaf.
EFFECT: No flash occurs in varnish and so on and they do not turn yellow, because the ink layer is formed without using a releasing varnish or adhesive.
