Abstract
PURPOSE:To exercise hunting-free stable control by obtaining a true value for a target water level, by providing a detector, which measures the extent of opening of gate facilities, to an automatic control system which obtains the target-value extent of opening by controlling a gate, a valve, etc. CONSTITUTION:A target water level set by a setter 1 and an actual water level by detector 5 are compared mutually to obtain the difference between the both, and at the same time, an opening-closure signal is obtained which corresponds to the fluctuations of the extent of opening inputted from a detector 6 to gate facilities 3. Therefore, a controller 2 is unable to know the extent of opening of the gate facillities 3 directly for the target water level, but the extent of opening corresponding to the target value exists between a maximum and a minimum value in a period right before the point in time, so it is able to approximate the actual water level to the target value by detecting the target-value extent of opening, thereby reducing waterlevel fluctuations due to hunting asymptotically. In the figure, 4 is controlled object (e.g. water level) controlled by the gate facillities.
