Abstract

PURPOSE: The titled adhesive with large anchor for a substrate and excellent repeelability, obtd, by the emulsion polymn. of a monomer primarily composed of a 1W4c alkyl acrylate by use of an amphoteric surfactant as an emulsifier.
CONSTITUTION: At least 60wt% 1W4C alkyl acrylate, 0W40wt% vinyl monomer such as a 1W3C alkyl (meth)-acrylate or vinyl acetate and 0.05W10wt% (meth)- acrylic monomer having a polar group such as -COOH or -OH are subjected to emulsion polymn. by use of an amphoteric surfactant as an emulsifier, to obtain a repeelable adhesive consisting of an emulsion of a copolymer of Tg≤0°C.
