Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to manufacture simply room heating floor panels in the same way as manufacturing floor panels in a plant by framing frame bodies except surface material with core material and fitting and pasting on the surface section of the fame body a surface material on which a room heating pipe and heat radiating plate are mounted.
CONSTITUTION: Core materials are framed and to the frame a rear material is pasted to form a one-side panel. Then a bent room heating pipe 4 is laid on the rear side of a surface material 2, and a heat radiating plate 5 is fixed on the pipe 4. In the hollow sections 7 of the one side-panel a heat insulating material is filled, and on the surface section of the one-side panel the surface material 2 is fitted and pasted on with the pipe 4 facing inside of the panel. In this constitution floor heating panels can be manufactured simply in a plant in the same way as manufacturing the conventional floor panels.
