CONSTITUTION:Rope supporting members 16, 16 are provided at the head of a bushing 9, and annular shielding rings 14a, 14b having notches 15 are mounted via a supporting member 17 by an oil swelling chamber 10 in the vicinity of the members 16. After a main rope 3 is inserted from the notches 15, 15, the members 16 are so formed respectively with L-shaped notches 16a, 16b. An auxiliary rope 7 is mounted in the vicinity of a hanging eye, the rope 7 and 3 are operated and an electric equipment mounted with a bushing 9 is hung up.
