CONSTITUTION:From a monitoring controller 2 to a display controller 6, time data outputted from a timepiece 4 is sent as a data signal (a) periodically all the time and a timepiece 9 in the controller 6 is operated synchronizing with the time data to display the output data of the timepiece 9 on a display device 7 composed of a CRT. When the controller 2 discriminates a change in the state of monitoring control, information on the change in state is sent to the controller 6 to be displayed 7. In this case, a sent signal (b) is also transmitted to the controller 6 together with the data signal (a) and the controller 6, only when the signal (b) is received, reads the signal (a) and, after completing the reading operation, sends a reception confirmation signal (c) to controller 2.
