Abstract
PURPOSE:To contrive the attenuation of vibration and noise without deteriorating the electric characteristics for the subject rotor by a method wherein the position of the teeth provided on the outer circumferential section is deviated in the circumferential direction, and the teeth are formed leaving intervals between them in such a manner that the point of a tooth does not come in contact with the points of the adjoining teeth, and a conductor is cast in the gap. CONSTITUTION:Thin magnetic iron plates, to be used to form a rotor core 8, have the shape wherein a plurality of teeth radially extending toward the outer circumference are formed, a magnetic plate which was formed by laminating several thin magnetic iron plates is laminated by deviating at theta deg. in the radial direction, a magnetic thin iron plate is laminated leaving intervals with which the point of tooth 9 does not come in contact with the point of the adjoining teeth, and an entire rotor core 8 is formed. Then, a conductor 10 is formed by casting copper and aluminum materal in the gap between the teeth on the magnetic thin iron plate. Through these procedures, the fluctuation of the magnetic flux on the surface of the rotor is reduced and te space harmonic flux coming from the rotor can be cancelled, thereby enabling to reduce the vibration and noise without deteriorating the electric characteristics for the subject rotor.
