CONSTITUTION:The normal temperature damper 41 is provided on the extreme outer circumference of the rotor, and grooves 42 extending in the circumferential direction are provided on the outer circumference of the normal temperature damper. The grooves 42 consist of a number of grooves helically surrounding the outer circumference of the normal temperature damper, and as the area of heat transmission from the normal temperature damper 41 to the void is increased by the held of the above grooves, the thermal resistance on the void is sharply reduced and the quantity of heat penetrating into the super-low temperature section can also be reduced.
