Abstract
PURPOSE: To uniformly coat a mist particle always irrespective of a size of an article to be coated by providing an ultrasonic spraying apparatus in a freely movable manner.
CONSTITUTION: A pinion 18 driven by a motor reversing a rotary direction by switches 19, 20 moves a rack 16 to right and left directions and also moves an ultrasonic spraying apparatus 2 and an air passage 14 fixed to said rack 16 to right and left directions. Therefore, a sprayed particle bundle of a flux liquid released from a spraying surface 7 is also moved to right and left directions. In this case, by moving a moving direction of the ultrasonic spraying apparatus 2 at a certain angle against an advancing direction of a print board 13, the sprayed particle of the flux liquid can be uniformly coated over an entire surface of the print board 13. Further, when a size of the print board 13 is changed, by altering a position of the switches 19, 20 or a rotary number of the motor, a moving width or a speed of the spraying apparatus 2 is changed and a moving speed of the print board 13 is changed and, thereby, uniform coating of the flux liquid is enabled always.
