Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable to coat a liquid uniformly in a minute amount of a thin film by coating a sprayed particle in such a condition that a spraying surface of an ultrasonic sprayer is opposed to a coating surface of an article to be coated to eliminate irregularity of an adhered amount on the coating surface.
CONSTITUTION: A spraying surface 4 of an ultrasonic sprayer 1 is faced to an opening part 12 of a cylindrical container 11 and, to an upper part thereof, an article 19 to be coated is positioned opposedly. When high frequency electric power is applied by an ultrasonic vibrator 20, an electrostriction oscillator 5 is displaced to a thickness direction and vibrated at a frequency of an ultrasonic ranage and vibration is propagated to a front metal part 2 to subject the spraying surface to ultrasonic vibration. When a liquid in a tank 15 is conducted to the spraying surface 4, it is sprayed by ultrasonic vibration energy and a sprayed particle group is injected by its own force and scattered under a condition having an expanse of a spraying angle θ and adhered to the article 19 to be coated opposedly faced to the spraying surface.
