Magnetic segments 16 for shaping magnetic field and a cavity resonator 17 are solidly united fix to mounting sections 12 and a resonant section 6 is agreed with magnets 4, 7. The resonator 6 and the magnets 4, 7 are covered with shield cases 5, 12, 13 to fix to devices 22, 23 and a detector 8 is mounted on the shield case 13.
