Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the deviation of beam or bit even if a vacuum sealing tube is heated for a gas evacuation by solidly uniting magnetic pole segments and a microwave cavity resonator. The resonator 6 and the magnets 4, 7 are covered with shield cases 5, 12, 13 to fix to devices 22, 23 and a detector 8 is mounted on the shield case 13.
