Abstract

PURPOSE: To store a solid (hypo)chlorite for a long term, by storing the solid (hypo) chlorite in a container prepared by laminating a synthetic resin layer on both sides of a synthetic resin layer containing a specific metallic oxide under sealed conditions.
CONSTITUTION: A solid (hypo)chlorite is introduced and sealed in a container of three-layered structure prepared from a synthetic resin layer, having a thickness of 20W200μ, containing 10W200pts.wt. one or two or more metallic oxides selected from CaO, MaO and B2O3 in 100pts.wt. synthetic resin, e.g. PE, and laminated to synthetic resin layers, having a thickness of 10W200μ, and containing no metallic oxide described above on both sides thereof. Thus, the (hypo)chlorite can be stored for a long term of 10 months or longer and about 3 years with suppressed decomposition thereof.
