Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the degradation of a trench wall and the lowering of the adhesion of iron bars by a method in which two rows of parallel soil-cement pile walls are provided underground, the ground area between the pile walls is excavated while filling it with fresh water, an iron bar cage is inserted into the pit, and then concrete is placed.
CONSTITUTION: Two rows of prllel soil-cement pile walls A and A' are constructed while keeping a distance corresponding to the thickness of an underground wall to be constructed underground by pouring cement milk from the tip of an auger into excavated place. And, while excavating the area between the pile walls A and A', fresh water b is injected up to nearly the ground's surface and a pit B is formed. Then, an iron bar cage C consisting of longitudinal bars and cross bars is inserted into the pit B and fresh concrete d is poured into the pit B to construct the underground wall. Also when excavating the inside of the underground wall, the inside pile wall A' is removed.
