Abstract
PURPOSE: To effectively carry out heat transfer from a high temp. side to a low temp. side by a method wherein a heat medium having a boiling point suitable under an operation condition of a distillation apparatus and recirculated in a system to repeat evaporation and condensation in said system.
CONSTITUTION: A heat medium having a suitable boiling point under a using condition of a distillation apparatus takes latent heat and sensible heat from topped distillate 8 in a heat exchanger 5 to be converted to a gas 2 by evaporation and moved in an arranged pipe and reaches to a heat exchanger 1. On the other hand, a condensate 7 of the topped distillate is separated from a gas component in a separator 6 and a part thereof is used as a reflux 14 and the remainder thereof is taken out of a system. Further, the aforementioned gas 2 heats an introduced stock material 16 in the heat exchanger 1 to supply own latent heat thereto and the gas itself becomes a liquid 3 and again recirculated to the heat exchanger 5. As the result, because heat is mainly transferred as latent heat of the heat medium, a heat recovery ratio is enhanced.
