Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to perform a high-precise detection of a pressure in a cylinder chamber and to simplify a constitution by a method a displacement of a diaphragm is transferred to a pressure transmission rod, and a piezo-electric element is placed outside a cylinder head. CONSTITUTION:As a pressure in a cylinder chamber 12 increases, a diaphragm 5 is bent and a pressure transmission rod 6 is pushed upward. The rod 6 performs a displacement which is computed from a spring constant of a screw thread, and the displacement pushes upward a middle of a piezo-electric element 1 to apply a bending stress to the piezo-electric element 1. A charge for only a full strain corresponding to the bending stress is produced in the piezo-electric element 1, and is outputted from terminals 8a and 8b. The output is integrated and amplified by a change amplifier, and is outputted as a voltage prportioning to a pressure in the cylinder chamber 12.
