Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify work processes by molding a helicoid screw frame of a synthetic resin or the like in one body on the outside circumferential part of a lens formed by molding. CONSTITUTION:A lens 3 to be molded and a helicoid screw frame 5 having an external helicoid screw 4 screwed to the internal screw 2 of a fixing frame 1 are molded in one body. The materials for these are, for example, an acrylic material for the lens 3, and polycarbonate contg. about 15% glass for the frame 5. The frame 5 of polycarbonate of high molding temps. is molded, and with the molded frame 5 as part of a molding mold, the lens 3 is molded, whereby these are molded in one body. With such constitution, the need for the assembling process of the lens and the helicoid screw frame is eliminated, and the work processes are simplified.
