Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform fail-safe operation when something is wrong with equipment, by preventing the secular change of the overheating layer of an overheating sense wire by controlling a feed control element with a zero control element without using a pulse generating element.
CONSTITUTION: Between power terminals 1 and 8, the series circuit of the heating wire 2 of an overheating sensing and heating body, the cathode and anode of an SCR3, and a fuse 7 is connected and the SCR3 is controlled by a zero-voltage switching circuit. This switching circuit is composed of a capacitor 9 connected to the SCR3, a constant-voltage diode 11, a programmable unijunction transistor PUT 12, and a resistor 10. Further, a DC converting circuit is fabricated of the series circuit of a temperature setting resistance 16, the 1st conductor 17 of a temperature sensing body, a DC stopping capacitor 18, and a resistance 19, and the circuit of a diode 20 and a resistance 21.
