CONSTITUTION:In a dispersing mixer by which whipped foods, e.g., whipped cream, etc., are continuously manufactured, disks 2 with a large number of small holes are arranged at intervals crossing to the axis of the cylinder 1 of a single wall inside of the cylinder 1. The dispersing mixer can be easily manufactured by machining and can manufacture foamed foods at low cost and with a widely changeable manufacturing speed.
