Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce errors included in the transmission ratio of an input to an output current by providing current Miller circuits, each using two transistor TRs, as stages and by cascading the emitter common connection point of a front-stage Miller circuit to the current input terminal of the rear-stage circuit.
CONSTITUTION: Bases and emitters of two transistor TRs 12 and 13 are connected mutually and the base and collector of one TR12 are short-circuited to constitute front-stage and rear-stage current Miller circuits 111 and 112. The short-circuiting point of the base and collector of one TR12 of this Miller circuit 111 is connected to a current input terminal 14, and the collecter of the other TR13 to a current output terminal 15. The emitter common connectin point of the Miller circuit 111 is connected to the connection point of the collector and base of the TR12 as the current input terminal of the miller circuit 112, and the current output terminal of the TR13 of the Miller circuit 112 to the input terminal of the TR12 of the Miller circuit 111, thus reducing errors included in the transfer ratio of an input to an output current.
