Abstract
PURPOSE:To modulate a frequency easily, by connecting a varactor diode from the output of an oscillation amplifiers toward the input. CONSTITUTION:Oscillation is performed by the positive feedback from a drain D in the output side of an oscillation amplifier 6 to a gate G in the input side through a dielectric resonator 7. A varactor diode 11 is provided between the input side and the output side in parallel with this positive feedback path. A bias voltage is given as a modulation signal to this varactor diode 11 to change the junction capacity, thereby changing the resonance frequency to modulate the frequency.
