Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the number of storage devices for line data in proportion to the number of lines and to facilitate the extension work of lines without changing a main storage device, by providing storage devices where attribute data of lines contained in a channel control device are stored. CONSTITUTION:Channel control circuits 21-23 are connected to channel devices 11-13 connected to lines respectively and are provided with storage device 21 (11), 22(12), and 23(13) where line data of lines stored in devices 11-13 are stored. These control circuits 21-23 are connected to a CPU3, and the CPU3 is provided with a main storage device 4. Attributes of lines are stored in storage devices 21(11)-23(13), and storage devices 21(11)-23(13) are increased for increment of the number of lines, thus facilitating the extension work of lines without changing the main storage device 4.
