Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase a mechanical variance and a mechanical energy considerably, by making the thickness of piezoelectric elements different in the forward side of the reverse side of polarization. CONSTITUTION:When the thickness of a piezoelectric element 11 is h1, the thickness of other piezoelectric element 12 is h2h1=nh2(0<n<1).
