Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent intrusion of a conveyed object into running chambers and obtain smoother work in a enclosed case conveyer conveying a pulverulent body or the like with connected many scraper plates, by respectively providing baffle plates in both sides of the scraper plate and flexible transfer belt on bottom surfaces.

CONSTITUTION: A case conveyer is constituted by partitioning the inside of a transport pipe A into a forward line (a) and return line (b) with a separator plate (c) and providing running chambers (d) for running of conveyer chains 1 in both sides of the lines (a), (b), and scraper plates 2 holding a pulverulent body or the like thrown into from an incoming hopper are moved in the central part of the forward line (a). Here the scraper plate 2 is substantially formed to a forward sloped state by folding its upper part toward the upper front simultaneously formed integrally with baffle plates 4 in its both sides. Further a transfer belt 6, consisting of rubber state plate or cloth and the like, is provided in a lower part (base part) of the scraper plate 2 by a mounting tool 5 of angles or screws and slided on the separator plate (c). In this way, the pulverulent body can be prevented from intruding into the running chamber (d).
