Abstract

PURPOSE: To avoid breakage failure of containers, trolleys, transferring apparatus by transferring containers, keeping the width of the transferring passage for container groups, when a plurality of containers are transferred between trolleys and conveyors which are placed in parallel mutually.
CONSTITUTION: When empty containers 2 are transferred on a feeding conveyor 2 and brought into stop by stoppers 10 and 11 in succession, a pusher 13 is transferred by operating a cylinder 12, and two containers 1 are pushed into an arraying conveyor 3. On the arraying conveyor 3, the containers 1 are brought into stop by stoppers and set into waiting state. Two series of empty container 1 group are prepared through the operation described above, then trolleys 4 and 5 are pulled by a traction car 17, and pushed into between the arraying conveyor 3 and a receiving conveyor 6, and brought into stop at a prescribed position. Then, a trolley 4 is transferred onto the conveyor 3 side by a cylinder 34, and the containers 1 on the trolleys 5 and 4 are transferred onto the receiving conveyor 6 in succession by a pushing plate 26, and the empty containers 1 on the arraying conveyor 3 are transferred onto the trolleys 5 and 4.
