Abstract
PURPOSE: To make R of a bending part small, facilitate fixing with other metallic plate and eliminate level difference by forming a V-groove on a metallic plate beforehand and bending with this part as a center and filling and fixing the V groove with welded metal.

This metallic plate is bent by a press to nearly right angle, and the gap 8 of the bent metallic plate 5 is filled and deposited with deposited metal so that the metal is cast up to the inner circumference.
