Abstract

Herein, by cutting off a part of the vinyl 13 contacted with a stencil press bar over a desired width l, the electroconductive layer 12 of a discharge stencil paper is exposed and the exposed part is directly contacted with the stencil paper press bar to pass discharge current stably. Further, the electroconductive layer 12 is provided to a lower surface of insulative vinyl 13 and a part of the base paper can be cut off only over the desired width l. By stable current flow, defficiencies of the discharge stencil paper are eliminated as well as, because the constitution there of is simple, sais stencil paper is easily prepared.
