Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Pressure compensation valve 12 is arranged between throttle selector valve 3 and actuator 2 to connect the spring chamber for pressure compensation valve 12 to a pump 1 and a tank 10 through electric magnetic selector valve 16. When the spring chamber of the pressure compensation valve 12 is communicated with the tank by switching the electric magnetic selector valve 16, function of the pressure compensation valve 12 is released to be a meter-in control. When the spring chamber of the pressure compensation valve 12 is communicated with the pump 1 by switching the electric magnetic selector valve 16, function of the pressure compensation valve 12 is actuated to be in meter-in control. Therefore, even if load of inertia acts on the actuator, correct control of speed is available as well as efficient operation of the actuator.
