Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent overloading at the starting time of a motor by interposing a spring between one end of a transmitting member, whose other end is fixed to the load side rotary shaft, and a rotor to which the rotation shall be transmitted.
CONSTITUTION: A transmitting member 37 is with its one end fixed to a rice polishing screw 18, which is the rotary shaft on load side, and a large pulley 34 is fitted on this screw rotatably. The other end of the transmitting member 37 extends in the radial direction of the rice polishing screw 18 at one side of the large pulley 34. On the other side of this pulley 34 a apring support 38 is fixed solidly, and a spring 40 is arranged in a circular arc shaped retaining groove 39 excavated in this spring support 38. The foremost of the transmitting member 37 is inserted in this retaining groove 39 and put in engagement with the spring 40.
