Abstract

PURPOSE: To guide a long sized material inserted with a core material around both dies and to bend the same to an S shape without producing any deformation and creasing by fixing one end of said material to a base plate and the other end to a rotary die and revolving the rotary die by way of an intermediate gear around the stationary die.
CONSTITUTION: A core material is inserted into a long sized material 1 having an opening part 1a, and one end is fixed to and guided by the guide groove 9a of a rotary die 9. Also, it is guided by the guide groove 5a of a stationary die 5. The other end of the material 1 is fixed by a stretch member 2, and an arm 6 is turned so that the die 8 is turned around the die 5 by the gear train of a main gear 4, an intermediate gear 7 and a driven gear 8. By this movement, the material 1 is guided around the die 9 and the die 5 in the state that it is being applied with stretch, and is thereby bent to an S shape.
