CONSTITUTION:In a valve body 1 made up of a large diameter portion 3 and a small diameter protion 4 with a concaved portion 2 in its neary central part, four through holes 5 for high-pressure oxygen, etc., are axially drilled at equal intervals in the peripheral edge of the large diameter portion 3 whose central front end is provided with an opening 6, and a slightly large diameter piezo-electric element- housing space 7 axially leading to the opening 6 is provided in a portion from the large diameter portion 3 to the small diameter portion 4. In the space 7 of the valve body 1, an insulator 9 of ceramics, etc., is provided wholly to the opening 6, and a piezo-electric element 13 put between an element receiving metal 14 and an element contact metal 11 under a compression is fixed in the insulator 9. Thus, the durability of the piezo-electric element can be raised.
