PURPOSE:To realize the miniaturization as well as to facilitate and easy operation for a transmitter of switch signal, by making conduct the output of an oscillator that generates a continuous pulse in a certain period only within the closed time of a switch (SW) and counting the output to transmit the SW signal when the count value reaches a prescribed number. CONSTITUTION:When an SW4 is closed at time point t1 while an output pulse (1) is generated continuously from an oscillator 6, the output pulse (3) of the oscillator that passed through a coincidence circuit 7 is supplied to the count input of a counter circuit 8. The circuit 8 delivers a carry output (4) at time point t2 when the count valve of the pulse (3) reaches a prescribed number and transmits the SW signal to an SW signal receiving circuit 2. At the same time, the lamp of a display circuit 6 glows to indicate that the SW signal has been assuredly transmitted.
