Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure quick and accurate reading of the state of load, by displaying the load state of a motor on a CRT display in the form of the graph and figures. CONSTITUTION:The current flowing to a motor M is converted into the voltage by a resistance 1 and supplied to an A/D converter 3 after a level control 2 to change the load current onto a numerical form. The output of the converter 3 is supplied to a divider 4 to deliver the signal 6 which is divided by the numerical value set to a register 5 and quantized to a comparator 7 as well as to an evaluating circuit 15. The comparator 7 delivers the signal 9 to a bar graph pattern generator 12 in case the value of the signal 6 is smaller than or equal to the value sent from a register 8. If the signal 6 is larger than the value sent from the register 8, the signal 10 is supplied to a subtractor 11. Then the value sent from the register 8 is subtract ed, and only the overload component of the motor M is supplied to a bar graph pat tern generator 13. The circuit 15 turns the size of the graph into a numerical form to write it into a refresh column 14 along with the output signals of the generators 12 and 13. This numerical value is displayed on a CRT in the form of a bar graph and a % numeral with addition of the % code. The graph given from the generator 13 is turned into a pattern that shows the overload.
