Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure the control of temperature with high accuracy, by converting the measured temperature and the temperature set value into the voltage and then making it synthesized through a resistor to supply it to a terminal of a comparator with the deciding reference voltage supplied to the other terminal of the comparator respectively. CONSTITUTION:The point of connection between a thermistor of measurement of temperature and a resistance 1 is connected to a resistance 12, and the mobile terminal of a temperature controller 2 is connected to a resistance 12 via a resistance 13 to feed and input to comparators 3 and 4 respectively. Reference voltages Vref1 and Vref2 are supplied to the other terminal of the comparators 3 and 4 respectively. When the change of input voltage Vin to the measured temperature is expressed in the form of characteristics A, B and C caused by the position of the controller 2, the relationship between the temperature and the voltage Vin becomes identical with parallel lines. Accordingly the difference of temperature at the reference voltage is shown as T1'-T1=T2'-T2. Thus the working relation between the outputs Out1 and Out2 of comparators 3 and 4 becomes constant regardless of the position of the controller 2. As a result, a temperature control circuit having high accuracy is obtained.
