Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve abrasion resistance and the high temp. strength by subjecting a plated alloy plate and a mold melt-sprayed with an alloy to heat treatment respectively at prescribed temps. at the time of applying Ni type plating on a precipitation hardening type copper alloy plate then melt-spraying an Ni type autogenous alloy thereby making a mold. CONSTITUTION:Ni, Ni-Fe, Ni-Co or Ni-Mn is plated on a precipitation hardening type copper alloy plate, after which it is heated for 2-8hr at 300-400 deg.C. Next, an Ni type or Ni-Cr type autogenous alloy is melt-sprayed on this, and is subjected to solubilizing treatment for 45min-1.5hr at 930-950 deg.C, after which it is quickly cooled.
